How to feel like you’ve actually cooked something healthy for lunch (for once)

  1. Open a tin of tuna, and mix it in with green and red peppers and spring onion chopped into small chunks.
  2. Grab whatever flatbread/tortilla/pitta you have lying around.
  3. Shove some of the tuna mix into that. Add copious amounts of cheese if so inclined.
  4. Microwave until the cheese melts. Alternatively, if using a pitta/tortilla that won’t leak, put it in the toaster on a very low setting, until the cheese melts.
  5. Bask in your awesome culinary skills.
